1. How do I know what my login is?
Your email address is also your username. (You may have received a welcome email with instructions to reset your password.)
To get logged in for the first time, click the "Forgot password" link in the sign in area.
This will send you an email with the link to reset your password. If you don't get the email right away, check your spam folder as it may end up there.
2. How do I find my wish list from the old site?
Wish lists are now called Quick Lists. Click on the button at the top of the page once you're logged in.
3. The pricing on my item looks different. What's going on?
The pricing on our new site may be a little different than what you had before. If you are logged in, your contract items will still be priced correctly, however non-contract items may have gone up or down. If you are concerned about a specific item, call us to discuss it with your sales rep.
